Get Purchases Summary by Country

/authd/tnt/:tid/payments/primary/overview/by_country

Returns the same period, previous-period, and today totals as the purchases summary, plus, per currency, a breakdown of a tenant's users' primary-store purchases by country (sales_by_country) for the time range and filters. limit and offset page each currency's totals_by_country; paging.total is the largest number of countries in any currency. Proxied to the underlying authd service.
