Get Primary Sales Field Counts

/authd/tnt/:tid/payments/primary/attr/:attr

Returns the distinct values of one field of a tenant's users' primary-store purchases, with the count of matching purchases for each, for a time range, filters, and optional search. Used to populate filter choices. Proxied to the underlying authd service.
