Get Subscription Field Counts

POST 
/authd/tnt/:tid/subscriptions/attr/:field

Returns the distinct values of one subscription field, with the count of matching subscriptions for each, most common first, for a time range, filters, and optional search. Used to populate filter choices; an empty value means the field is missing. Proxied to the underlying authd service.
