Get Subscriptions

/authd/tnt/:tid/subscriptions

Returns a tenant's users' subscriptions created within a time range, with optional include and exclude filters, search, sorting, and pagination. Returns JSON, or with Accept: text/csv a streamed CSV of all matching subscriptions (limit and offset are ignored). Each subscription includes the subscriber's tenant login identity: user_ident (the login subject, e.g. auth0|...), user_name, and user_extras. email is the email given at checkout and is never masked; user_ident and user_extras omit emails when the user has share_email:false. Proxied to the underlying authd service.
