Get User Binding

GET 
/tnt/:tid/user_binding/:addr

Returns the tenant's binding record for a wallet address: addr, ident (login subject), email, created, and extras. If the user opted out of sharing their email (extras.share_email false), email is omitted, and so is ident when it is an email. extras holds the user's settings for the tenant: flags derived from the login token, the login request's "ext" object (e.g. consent flags), and values written by these endpoints.
