Merge User Binding Extras

/tnt/:tid/user_binding/:addr

Merges the request body, a flat JSON object (e.g. {"send_me_news": true}), into the extras of an existing binding record, and returns the updated record. The merge is shallow: each top-level key in the request replaces that key, and a key with a null value is removed. Other keys are kept.
