Replace User Binding Extras

POST 
/tnt/:tid/user_binding/:addr

Overwrites the extras of an existing binding record with the request body, a flat JSON object (e.g. {"send_me_news": true}), and returns the updated record. Fields (addr, ident, email, created, extras) are rejected as keys. share_email and the login-type flags cannot be written, and their stored values are kept.
