List vector indexes

/indexes

Returns the indexes visible to the caller. With no tenant, returns the indexes created by the calling user. When tenant is supplied and the caller is a tenant admin or content admin of that tenant, returns every index belonging to the tenant; otherwise falls back to the caller's own indexes within that tenant.
