Update a vector index

/indexes/:qid

Partially updates an index. Any of name, type, collection_id, and config may be set; omitted fields are left unchanged. vector_size cannot be changed and including it (or any unknown field) yields a 400. Requires content access for the index qid. When the update associates a collection, also requires tenant admin for the collection's tenant.
